Your Personal Consultation : You'll have dedicated time with your dentist to share your goals and concerns. Together, we co-create a personalized wellness plan that aligns with your lifestyle and budget—no surprises, just partnership.
Care, Not the Clock : This initial appointment is focused on a thorough assessment and planning. A professional hygiene session will be scheduled at your convenience, ensuring dedicated time for your cleaning without rushing the initial exam.

Understanding Your Plan : We help you decode your benefits. Please remember your insurance plan is a unique agreement between you and your insurer; you are responsible for any co-payments or deductibles at the time of service.

4. Our Partnership Policy & Respect for Time

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your dedicated care team. When an appointment is missed, it means another patient needing urgent care is unable to be seen.

A Simple Request: : If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice by calling our office directly.
Honoring Our Commitment : Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a $75 fee charged to your account.
We Understand : Life Happens! We reserve the right to waive this fee in the event of a genuine, documented emergency. Open communication is key to a great partnership.
